Webinar
5th March 2026 11.00am
‘What if we don’t?’
What if we don’t fix document management?
What if critical records can’t be produced when regulators, insurers or ombudsmen ask for them?
What if response times slip, communications are missed, and evidence trails don’t stand up to scrutiny?
For Housing Associations, residential education institutions and specialist service providers, documentation is no longer just administration.
It is compliance evidence.
It is financial protection.
It is reputational defence.

The Regulator of Social Housing is moving toward an unlimited fine environment for breaches of obligations. In 2025, 71% of complaints were upheld by the Housing Ombudsman - rising to 87% in Local Authorities - leading to compensation payments, increased scrutiny and reputational damage.
The regulatory risk is clear.
What’s less visible is how poor document management affects insurance premiums, claim defensibility and long-term insurability.
Join Admac Consulting, Vista Insurance and d-velop for a focused executive briefing exploring the insurance and financial implications of inadequate document control - and the practical steps organisations can take to reduce exposure.
